We paid $6,000 for a product that we never received because it was flagged at customs for an outdated trademark. Despite providing all requested documentation and repeatedly asking the supplier to contact customs to clear up the issue, nothing was done. Instead of support, we were met with delayed responses and closed cases claiming we were uncooperative. This has been a costly and extremely frustrating experience. Better communication and willingness to resolve the issue would have saved both time and money. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this supplier due to their lack of support and unwillingness to take responsibility for their shipping error.
